A quick and easy fair favorite, made in bite size form in the comfort of your own home!
Ingredients

- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2–3 cups vegetable oil, for frying
- Granulated sugar for tossing
Instructions
- In a large skillet, preheat oil to 350*F.
- In a small bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and salt.
- In another medium bowl, combine the milk, sugar and melted butter.
- Add the dry ingredients into the wet, stirring just enough to combine.
- With a small cookie scoop or teaspoon, scoop the dough out and place in the hot grease.
- If grease is not deep enough to cover both sides, flip when golden brown, about 1 minute.
- Remove once golden brown and drain on a paper towel lined plate.
- Toss with sugar!
