You\u2019re probably wondering why I\u2019m making C\u2019s favorite dish for this theme when it\u2019s called Dad\u2019s Favorite. Well when I was only 6 months old my father was killed. He was hit by a car and the person responsible was never found. I never grew up with a father so I don\u2019t know what his favorite meal would be! That\u2019s why I went ahead and am sharing C\u2019s favorite. Hopefully one day\u2026 after we\u2019re married this year\u2026 he\u2019ll be a father \ud83d\ude42 . We all dream about that day, right?!<\/p>\n

Anyways\u2026 This\u00a0Skillet Spaghetti and Meatballs\u00a0is super easy! I don\u2019t cook the spaghetti with the meatballs\u2026 I cook them separate in their own pan as usual. I mix the meatballs up and place them in a greased cast iron (which you don\u2019t have to use, but I love cooking in mine!) to brown on both sides and then pour my marinara sauce over the browned meatballs, cover and let cook for about 10 minutes. Easy peasey! Drain your pasta, top with the meatballs and sauce. Let your man enjoy them!
