I know some people are scared of making homemade biscuits and it\u2019s really one of the easiest things to do\u2026 you just have to make sure you don\u2019t over work the dough. Typically after the second or third time you work out the dough your biscuits become flatter and flatter once baked. These babies\u2026. they\u2019re a different story. I found that after the second or third time patting out, they actually rise better. Crazy, right?! They also stay nice, fluffy and soft! So delicious.\"\"<\/p>\n

These have a little something extra to go along with them as well. Cinnamon in the dough and a cinnamon sugar mixture coating the outside before they\u2019re baked! I have all this Dixie Crystals sugar staring me in the face, so what better way to use it?! Ohh and add some cinnamon butter when they come out of the oven and they\u2019re perfect! They remind me a lot of Texas Roadhouse Rolls\u2026 just in biscuit form.
