Garlic is one of my favorite smells in the kitchen. Am I weird for thinking that? If you were to walk in the kitchen when I’m using minced garlic, you might just catch me with my nose in the jar… just saying. Don’t judge!

Description

A quick and easy delicious pasta that’s perfect as a side dish or main dish when adding veggies or meat!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 8 ounces fettuccini
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups milk
  • To Taste salt
  • To Taste pepper
  • Parsley

Instructions

  • In a pot over medium heat, melt butter and saute the garlic 1-2 minutes.
  • Combine remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
  • Once boiling, reduce and simmer until pasta is al dente; a total of about 15 minutes.
  • Serve and sprinkle with parsley.
